Bold in Black

 

i attended ka icha's wedding party on sunday nite. friends from Hijabers Community and i made a promise that we've to wear black for dress code that nite. but , a half from the committee feel not good in black. they said that black is not their colour (bukan gue banget gitu lah..). so, one from us had iniciative to make two dress codes, pink or pastel for whom not married yet and black for whom had a spouse already or had a fiance or future fiance etc..

so, that nite..i wore BLACK!!.. but, hey..no no no im not married yet or having fiance or etc..
kenapa pakai hitam-hitam? karena udah nyiapin bajunya sebelum komite HC janjian pakai dress code hitam (lagipula jarang punya baju pastel -____-").

hitam itu kesannya anggun, misterius dan kalau disambung-sambungin sama arti warna dress code hitam nya HC malam itu, hitam berarti taken.. tapi, disini aku kasi aksen warna emas..

kalo disatuin, artinya hitam-emas adalah..taken but available...hahahahaha just kidding :p

 nyatanya ga semua komite yang hadir dan udah nikah pakai baju hitam dan yang belom nikah pake baju pastel :)

did you know Mari Behijab movement ?

initiated by Ola Aswandi and it's inspired by #ceritahijab on twitter. started from a spontaneous idea of helping our sister who have a strong will to wear hiab. Mari Berhijab also has a blog which has a role to share hijab stories from all sisters around the world, sharing thoughts about hijab and insha Allah encouraging our sisters who still feel unconfident, shy or ashamed to wear hijab without judgements or hash opinions about them-not-wearing-hijab-yet. this movement continously build their awareness to fulfiil their obligation as a muslimah, to wear hijab.

a month ago Ola Aswandi asked me to write my hijab story, it such a honored for me to share my story. Honestly im so sorryy bcause im not good in writing..but i hope my story can give you an inspiration..aamiiin :)

Madura Pattern

summer in madura island hehehe

i wore dress batik madura (me collection) to attend my aunt and my uncle walimah hajj this afternoon. batik madura is one of billion heritages from Indonesia, with uniqely batik pattern. That batik is soooooo meeeee :)

for the hijab, usually i wore ninja inner and on that pictures, i made my cardigan as my hijab. how comee? that's easyeeeeeeh guys (gaul abis! haha).. you just have to rotate the longest part from your cardigan (which is in the bottom) to the top side and wore it as a hoodiee.. get it ?*
